The Sterilgarda Husqvarna Max Racing is a motorcycle team based in Monaco, owned by the 6-Time World Champion Max Biaggi. It is the Husqvarna Motorcycles Factory Team and in 2022 participates in the Moto3 World Championship, with the riders Ayumu Sasaki and John McPhee.

Dopo un weekend in cui ha migliorato decisamente il feeling con la sua Husqvarna 👏 purtroppo John è scivolato in gara, interrompendo la striscia positiva, che durava da ben cinque gare 😔 Un vero peccato che il nostro pilota non abbia concluso la gara 😢 John ha tutte le carte in regole per far bene in ogni gara e ora ha bisogno soltanto di un po’ di buona sorte 🤞 Daje John noi siamo con Te 🤗

Following the unjustifiable episode, that saw as protagonists two members of the Sterilgarda Husqvarna Max Racing, during the qualifying of the Aragon Grand Prix, we announce that we have concluded prematurely the collaboration between the individuals involved and our Team.
Here are the words of our Team Owner.

MAX BIAGGI – TEAM OWNER : “I personally followed and coordinated the procedure of formal noticing to the two members of my Team, responsible for the events against the rider Adriàn Fernàndez and the Team Tech3 KTM. After officially asking the interested parties for clarifications and justifications for what happened, in compliance with the contractual prescriptions, we arrived at the unpleasant, but necessary epilogue. As a Team, we believe we must completely separate our road by those guilty of unsportsmanlike behaviour, as well as being against rules and regulations. Such an action cannot and must not remain unpunished, nor unnoticed. The damage to our name is immeasurable.”

In seguito all’ingiustificabile episodio, che ha visto protagonisti due componenti dello Sterilgarda Husqvarna Max Racing, durante le qualifiche del Gran Premio d’Aragona, comunichiamo di aver concluso anzitempo la collaborazione tra i soggetti interessati ed il nostro Team.
Ecco le parole del nostro Team Owner.

MAX BIAGGI – TEAM OWNER : “Ho seguito e coordinato in prima persona la procedura di messa in mora dei due componenti del mio Team, responsabili dei fatti a danno del pilota Adrian Fernandez e del Team Tech3 KTM. Dopo aver chiesto in via ufficiale agli interessati i chiarimenti e le giustificazioni per quanto occorso, nel rispetto delle prescrizioni contrattuali, siamo giunti allo spiacevole, ma inevitabile epilogo. Come Team, riteniamo di dover separare completamente la nostra strada da chi si macchia di comportamenti antisportivi, oltre che contrari a norme e regolamenti. Un simile gesto non può e non deve restare impunito, né passare sotto silenzio. Il danno di immagine causatoci è incommensurabile.”

Ayumu a parte le free practice 1, che si sono disputate in condizioni particolari, a causa della pista bagnata 🌧 nelle successive sessioni non è mai andato al di sotto della seconda posizione 💪 Infatti nella classifica combinata delle free practice è risultato secondo, mentre in qualifica ha fatto segnare il terzo tempo 👏 Per domani il meteo è incerto, ma Ayumu è risultato forte sia con pista bagnata che con pista asciutta ✊

Nel Gran Premio della Thailandia 🇹🇭 John partirà ottavo, dalla terza fila 👍 Fin da questo mattino il nostro pilota ha aumentato notevolmente il suo ritmo 🔥 riuscendo nelle free practice 3 ad abbassare il suo best lap di più di due secondi 🔝 Manca solo un piccolo step, per poter stare nelle posizioni di testa 👊 e siamo sicuri che John ed il suo team lavoreranno duramente, per migliorare il setup dell’Husqvarna 💪

In Giappone 🇯🇵 nella sua pista di casa, Ayumu ottiene il suo settimo podio di quest’anno 💪 Nelle ultime sette gare, quando ha tagliato il traguardo, ha sempre raggiunto il podio, riuscendo anche ad ottenere due vittorie ✌ Oggi è mancato davvero poco per poter trionfare a casa 🤏 ma siamo certi che questo sarà il punto di partenza per provare a migliorare fin dalla prossima gara in Tailandia ✊

Nelle free practice 2, Ayumu ha preso confidenza con la pista, senza forzare, visto che grazie al tempo ottenuto ieri sull’asciutto aveva già guadagnato l’accesso diretto alle Q2 👊 Le qualifiche si sono svolte in condizioni leggermente diverse da quelle incontrate al mattino ⛈ per cui è stato difficile ripetere i tempi delle FP2. Ayumu si è migliorato progressivamente, riuscendo ad ottenere nell’ultimo dei 7 giri completati, il tempo di 2'11.942 💪 Domani partirà quarto ✊

Le condizioni della pista sono state piuttosto difficili 🌧 sia nelle free practice del mattino che nelle qualifiche, visto che la pioggia ha accompagnato lo svolgimento delle due sessioni 🤷‍♀️ John è stato molto veloce nelle FP2 👏 2'12.993 è il tempo ottenuto in qualifica, grazie al quale domani scatterà dalla dodicesima posizione in griglia 🔥

Ayumu conquista un grande secondo posto e si conferma al Top anche in gara. Un risultato importante, dopo la caduta di Misano, grazie al quale guadagna venti punti fondamentali per la classifica mondiale. Ayumu è ormai veloce in ogni sessione e in ogni pista ed ha raggiunto una grande visione di gara. È un vero spettacolo vederlo gareggiare. La prossima gara si corre in Giappone, la Patria di Ayumu.
