Only 1/3 of the drivers on the grid improved their lap times in this last session before qualifying of the Grand Prix of the Americas.

Ayumu, thanks to yesterday’s tenth time in FP2, gained direct access to qualifying 2. In today’s session he got the time of 2’17.153 at the last of the ten laps completed. Ayumu continued to work on the suspension, to try to improve the set-up of his Husqvarna ahead of the race.

As for David, he finished in 24th place in the combined three-round free practice. In FP3 he got as best lap the time of 2’17.621, without improving the one he obtained yesterday in free practice 2. David will have to participate in qualifying 1, to attempt the access to Q2. Q1 will start at 15.10 (local time GMT -5).
