The first day of free practice on the Red Bull Ring ended with an excellent performance of our two pilots.

Romano yet from the free practice 1 confirmed to be very fast, obtaining the time of 1’37.298. Throughout the FP2 improved his time, obtaining as best lap 1’36.934. In the combined ranking he results to be in fourth position, with a gap from the leader B. Binder of 0.125 s. Romano results to be the fastest in fourth split time . Considering both the sessions he completed 35 laps.

Also Adriàn showed off a good pace, managing to limit the gap in the combined ranking at only 0.509 s. 1’37.787 is the time obtained at the end of the 19 laps done in the FP1. Throughout the 40 minutes of the second session of this Friday, he improved his best lap, obtaining the time of 1’37.318, after he completed eighteen laps.

We have to say that, whereas the morning session took place with a completely dry track and a partially cloudy sky, in the last minutes of the FP2 some drops of rain fell on the track.

Romano Fenati: “I am satisfied with this first day on the Red Bull Ring, because we went fast. but we can and we have to improve. Tomorrow we will try to do some small modifications to the setting of the bike, to be ready for the qualifying.”

Adriàn Fernàndez: “I am very happy to start this second part of the season on this new circuit. I am improving my performance step by step and tomorrow it will be better than today for sure. I would like to thank my team and my family.”

Max BiaggiTeam Owner: “It was important to start well after such a long break and I am really satisfied with the overall result accomplished by our two pilots. Romano obtained excellent times, always remaining in the top five. Also Adriàn limited his gap, therefore I hope that he will continue to improve.”
