Le Mans

MotorLand Aragòn – Spagna

The circuit was designed by the famous German architect Hermann Tilke in collaboration with the British agency Foster & Partners, with technical and sports consultant of the project the Formula 1 driver Pedro de la Rosa. It was inaugurated in 2009.

The complex was designed to include three main areas: the technology park, the sports area and a cultural and leisure area. The technology park will host research institutes focused on the automotive industry; the sports area includes the speed circuit (in several tracks), a karting circuit and several dirt tracks, while the leisure area houses a hotel and shopping centers.

Since 2010 the MotoGP has stopped on this circuit.

The track is 5078 m long, has 10 left and 7 right corners, has a straight of 968 m and an average width of 15 m. It is one of the most beautiful tracks of the World Championship, very technical and made up of curves of all kinds, with rather important altimetric variations.
